Rates quoted are subject to change without notice. Tasting fees and Deli lunches are included in the Deluxe Wine Tours only. Please note that there is an additional charge for pick-ups outside the Portland metro area. There is no additional charge for pick-ups in the wine country areas between Portland and Salem. We will service the Eugene area for an additional $150 pick-up free. Tour times start at the time we pick you up and end at the time we drop you off. A minimum charge for 2 guests applies to the Luxury Sedan and Mini Van. A minimum charge for 4 guests applies to the Luxury Van. A minimum charge for 15 guests applies to the Luxury Coach. Travel time from Portland to the wine country is about one hour. Maximum tour length is 8 hours.

Total passenger confirmation count is due 15 days prior to departure. Bus reservations require a 15 passenger minimum charge.

Beautiful Willamette Tours assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings or for any items left in the vehicle. Beautiful Willamette Tours will not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Compensation for clerical errors, mechanical breakdowns or acts of God will be limited to the total sum of the deposit. There will be no situation that will constitute a compensation greater than the deposits paid. We are not in control of the traffic and therefore take no responsibility for time issues due to traffic.

No smoking or consuming alcohol in any of our vehicles. No exceptions. A damage/reservation deposit of 50% of your total invoice is required on all tours. Passengers must be over 21 to possess alcohol. No more than 4 winery or alcohol consumption stops per tour.

A $300 minimum damage/cleaning charge will result from customer misuse. All passengers are responsible and liable for their own actions while participating in this tour. Neither the driver nor the company is responsible or liable for injury or damage caused by or as a result of any customer action.

We reserve the right to terminate the tour at any time for any reason.

Notice: Photo files are downsized for emailing purposes. For an additional fee, arrangements can be made for downloading larger photo files. All photo files are deleted 60 days after your tour date.

Billing:

Beautiful Willamette Tours accepts Visa and MasterCard or cash payments.

Cancellation Policy:

• Please consult your reservation agent at (360) 904-1402.
• Cancellations received at any time will forfeit $25 of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to departure will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to departure will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
• No Show Fees: You will be charged the Full Tour Price as shown on your contract if you fail to show up at the scheduled pick up time or location.
• If you cannot locate our vehicle, call (360) 904-1402 to avoid a “no-show fee”.
